A Glimpse Into My Story
Hi, I’m Sara—an advanced EFT Tapping (Emotional Freedom Technique) and Matrix Reimprinting practitioner as well as a Focalizing practitioner. But before any of that, I was simply someone trying to make sense of the ache inside me.
My healing has been a gentle return to my inner child—the parts of me once silenced or overlooked. This tender reconnection helped me fall in love with life again. When trauma is unresolved, present relationships often trigger old pain. Inner child therapy helps us meet emotions tied to past experiences and creates an inner space where we can slowly step out of survival mode.
I work with visualisations that guide us to the core beliefs, fears, shame-based identities, and patterns formed in moments of childhood threat. In that inner space, we offer the body a new resolution—through a gesture, a sensation, an expression, or any missing remedy it needed.

Inner child therapy is a body-based approach that gently explores unresolved childhood experiences stored in the nervous system. Through visualizations and somatic practices, we meet these younger parts with compassion—supporting emotional healing, integration, and a return to wholeness.

In EFT we utilise meridian channels based on Traditional Chinese Medicine. By tapping on specific acupressure points, we release stuck emotional energy. I see it as gently knocking on the door of the subconscious, letting it know: “I’ve returned to heal what was once too much to face.”

Matrix Reimprinting is an advanced form of EFT that works with past memories stored in the body and subconscious mind. Through guided visualisation, tapping, and compassionate dialogue — we allow deep emotional shifts, release of limiting beliefs, and a greater sense of peace and self-empowerment.

Focalizing beautifully complements all aforementioned modalities. This modality invites us to meet our present-moment experience with gentle curiosity and respect, without trying to change or fix anything. By offering loving attention to our inner world—just as we would to a dear friend—deep shifts can naturally begin to unfold.

Exercises devised by Alexander Lowen help melt ways of armouring at the level of the body’s nervous system, musculature and organs. As we free the body, we begin to reclaim parts of ourselves that were once shut down for protection.

My recovery from codependency meant learning to prioritize my own needs, feelings, and boundaries without guilt or fear. It was a journey of returning to myself—shifting from seeking approval to cultivating self-trust, self-responsibility, and authentic connection.
