Glimpse Into My Story

Hi, I’m Sara—an advanced EFT, Matrix Reimprinting, and Focalizing practitioner. But before any of that, I was simply someone trying to make sense of the ache inside me. My healing journey has been about slowly, tenderly reconnecting with my inner child—the parts of me that had long been silenced, shamed, or overlooked.


I grew up as the eldest in a home shaped by chronic illness, depression, and emotional absence. From a young age, I took on the role of caretaker, peacekeeper, and emotional anchor—carrying far more than a child ever should. I learned to stay small, to please, to attune to others, while forgetting how to attune to myself.


My mum’s Lyme disease in 2019 became a turning point. Depleted, helpless, and running on fumes, I hit a brick wall—with only one option left: to kick it down. The discomfort I had tried to outrun my entire adult life finally caught up with me, and I surrendered.

  • Inner child therapy is a body-based approach that gently explores unresolved childhood experiences stored in the nervous system. Through visualizations and somatic practices, we meet these younger parts with compassion—supporting emotional healing, integration, and a return to wholeness.
